chris was super helpful throughout my visit. he even helped me with taxi arrangements.. what a legend! the service i received was excellent. the location is also a big win, very orderly and efficient.
the tv in my room didn't work, but honestly, i brought books so it wasn't a big deal.

the welcome was lovely, they gave great local information on places for dining and drinking. i followed their advice and enjoyed a great night out. i had a great sleep in a compact room, i needed nothing.

a mixed experience
acceptable locationlimited tv channelspoor wifi
the location was acceptable , near the castle and the promenade.
i was informed upon arrival that breakfast was not available , even though the website stated it was served between 8-9am and there is a dining room. the tv only had bbc channels. also , the wifi wasn't great.
